Course TU285: Exploring the World of Real Estate in Full Spectrum focuses on building a solid understanding and systematic application of real estate knowledge. Learners will gain insights into urban development as a whole, analyze location potential from economic and social perspectives, and understand various real estate business models, including residential, commercial, and investment sectors.

In addition, the course emphasizes the concept of sustainable real estate development, aligning with the direction of the modern world. It covers environmental considerations, design that prioritizes quality of life, and social responsibility. Learners will also explore strategies for marketing, project management, and investment decision-making in a thoughtful and well-informed manner.

A key highlight of this course is learning through real-world experience via site visits, allowing students to observe firsthand how real estate projects operate on-site. From design concepts and project planning to practical management, these visits enhance students’ understanding by bridging the gap between classroom learning and the real working world.

The course also collaborates with design and real estate investment experts from Sansiri Public Company Limited, who share their firsthand experience, strategic insights, and perspectives as industry leaders. This provides students with the opportunity to learn from real-world case studies and build valuable networks for their future careers.

TU285 accepts a limited number of 300 students. Classes are held every Friday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, starting on January 16, 2026, at Room SC1002, SC1 Building, Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus.
